温州市卖淫者艾滋病知识和态度的调查

An inestigation of AIDS-related knowledge and attitudes among prostitutes in Wenzhou.

目的 了解卖淫者艾滋病知识和态度。方法 通过自我填写问卷和当面询问填写问卷两种形式。结果 在 110名被调查者中 ,72 73%听说过艾滋病 ,知识来源主要为新闻媒体和医生 ,但有 40 %被调查者认为目前对艾滋病的宣传不够。被调查者对艾滋病以血液、性接触和母婴等三种传播途径的回答正确率 86 2 5 %～ 93 7% ,而对日常生活接触能否传播艾滋病的回答正确率为 6 0 0 0 %～ 81 2 5 %。结论 应通过多种方式加强艾滋病知识的宣传 ,同时纠正由日常生活接触引起传播的误解和过度反应倾向。

Objective to understand the situation on HIV/AIDS related knowledge and attitudes among prostitutes. Methods A cross sectional study using s anonymous standard questonnaire was carried out among 110 subjects in a penitentiary. Results Among the 110 prostitutes 72.73% declared that they had heard of AIDS. The main sources of information cited by subjects are media and doctors. Fourty percent of them did not believe that health education on AIDS was enough to the them. From 86.25% to 93.75% of the subjects could give right answer to the transmission routes through blood ,sex and mother-to-infant. However between 60.00% and 81.25% of them could give right answer to daily life contact not resulting in AIDS. Conclusion It is necesary to strengthen the health educarion on AIDS, and take more forms and more ways to increase HIV/AIDS related knowledge among these people. In addition, We should pay attention to correcting the misunderstanding and over-response to AIDS resulting from daily life contacts.
