摘要
水力旋流器蜗壳的作用是将直线运动液流变为圆周运动液流。从水力学观点出发,论证了蜗壳使液流流畅地进入旋流状态的条件,即转换过程水力损失要小,蜗壳曲线连接要光滑,不存拐点。根据上述要求,研究了阿基米德螺线、对数螺线及渐开线三种蜗壳曲线的水力损失,以及蜗壳曲线光滑连接的具体设计方法,用这些方法设计的蜗壳取得了良好效果。
The prerequisite for transferring the axially entered flow easily and smoothly into eddy flow in the volute of a hydrocyclone with minimum hydraulic loss is a smooth curve without inflection points. Accordingly, the hydraulic loss in volute with each of the three volute curves—Archimedes-, logarithmic- and involute-spiral—is investigated, and the design procedures for providing smooth curve contact are discussed.
