摘要
以SL3NB-1300型钻井泵为例,分析了三缸钻井泵主轴轴承盖与轴承座联接螺柱承受的载荷,求得其应力谱,并应用疲劳强度理论计算了螺柱的抗拉强度。计算结果表明,按应力幅计算的安全系数在容许范围内,按拉应力计算的安全系数小于许用值。因此,当螺柱材质不良或所受冲击过大时,将导致螺柱断裂。最后就提高联接螺柱的疲劳强度提出了建议。
The forces on the crankshaft bearing bolts on a triplex drill pump are analyzed, the stress spectrum is worked out, and the tensile strength of the bolts is calculated by the theory of fatigue strength. The conducted study shows that the salty coefficient calculated in accordance with stress amplitude is allowable, and that calculated in accordance with tensile stress is less than allowed value. So bolt fracture will be caused by not qualified bolt material or excessive impact on the bolts. Suggestions on improving the fatigue strength of the connecting bolts are presented.
