摘要
试验采用二次正交旋转组合设计方案 ,从 2 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 1年在东北农业大学农学温室进行了以温度、日长、天数为试验因素的 3次重复试验。每次试验分 3个阶段进行 :温室种植、温光诱导 (光照培养箱内 )、温室定植。试验主要观测三因素对甜菜抽薹率的影响 ,建立了温光诱导甜菜当年抽薹的数学模型。随着温度的增加 ,各处理的抽薹率显著降低。在温度、日长、天数三因素中 ,以温度对甜菜的抽薹率影响最大 ,日长次之 ,天数最小。从两个不同温光诱导的交互作用对甜菜抽薹率的影响来看 ,温度与日长对抽薹率有明显的交互作用 ,说明了在农业生产中二者可以相互代替 ,同样可以达到抽薹的目的 ,缩短育种年限。若为了防止甜菜抽薹 。
Third repeat experiment including temperature day length,day number is adapted quadirc cross and rotating combine design project from 2000 to 2001 in the green house of Northeast Agriculture University,each including three stages:green-house planting,gentle light(light culture box),green-house fix planting.It is mainly observed and assayed the beet bolting ration influence of three factors above,and established the mathematical model of current beet bolting induced by gentle light.With temperature increasing,the bolting ratio of every group tested obviously decreases.Concerning three factors,the temperature influence,bolting ratio is strongest,then is day length,day number followed.Seeing from the cross function of two different kings of light influence to bolting ratio;temperature and day length play obvious cross function in the bolting ratio.It showed that each can be placed in the agriculture,which get the purpose of bolting so as to shorten the year number of breeding.In order to prevent beet from bolting,it may be avoided the cross function of temperature and day length.$$$$
