通过对我国油田使用的各型链条抽油机的结构及主要运动部件进行力学和失效分析,找出关键部件失效的主要形式及原因,在此基础上,对链条抽油机的结构改进提出了建议。

Through mechanical analysis of the structure and failure analysis of the main moving parts on each type of chain-driven pumping unit, the primary failure modes of the key parts and the causes of these failures are thrashed out, and suggestions on improving the structure of chain-driven pumping units are presented.
