摘要
螺旋藻营养全面、丰富而平衡 ,且含有丰富的维生素、类胡萝卜素及多种生物活性物质 ,在食品、医药保健及饲料工业 ,尤其是水产饲料中应用广泛 ,亟待开发和研究。
In spirulina,there are all kinds of nutrients,which are abundant and balanced,and there are abundant vitamines、carotenoids and lots of bio active substances.It has been widely used in food, medicine and health,and feed industry,especially in the feed of fisheries. So it earnestly needs to be developed and studied. In this article,the bio active substances and the application of spirulina were stated.
