摘要
以外源 NAA、GA3和催发素溶液喷布茶树 ,研究其对新梢内源激素含量水平的影响及其与新梢生长的关系。结果表明 :NAA处理显著提高新梢生育初期内源 ABA和 IAA的含量 ,新梢生长一度受抑 ,但随后 zeatin含量上升 ,生长加速 ;GA3处理后新梢内源 ABA含量下降 ,IAA含量减少 ,GA3和 zeatin含量提高 ,新梢生长量加大 ,生长速率加快 ;催发素处理后新梢内源 IAA含量下降 ,促进新梢萌发与生长 ,提高鲜叶产量。
In this study,the effects of exogenous NAA,GA 3 and Cuifasu spraying on the endogenous plant hormone level were analysed in tea plant shoots and their relation to the shoot growth was investigated.In NAA treated tea plant,a significant increase in ABA and IAA content was found in the initially developing shoots,which was accompanied by an inhibition of shoot growth,and then endogenous Zeatin content rose,promoting the shoot growth.GA 3 spraying led to a decrease in endogenous ABA and IAA content,but a rise in endogenous GA 3 and Zeatin level.This change in GA 3 treated plant brought a greater shoot growth rate and thus a greater growth amount.Cuifasu treatment resulted in a decrease in endogenous IAA content,promote the shoot development and growth,and thus gave a higher yeild of green tea leaves.
