摘要
目的 探讨人胎食管上皮NOS阳性表达的规律。方法 用NADPH d组织化学法对人胎食管上皮NOS阳性表达进行观察。结果 第 4个月龄时 ,食管上皮组织中可见到发育早期NOS阳性神经细胞群 ,该月龄后期食管上皮细胞内出现NOS弱阳性反应。随着胎龄的增加 ,NOS染色反应逐渐增强 ,至第 9个月龄时达到阳性表达的高峰。第 7个月龄时 ,食管上皮中层出现深染的NOS阳性细胞团 ,之后 ,逐渐向上皮表层移位 ,到第 10个月龄时基本消失。结论 胚胎发育时期食管上皮细胞合成NOS需要NOS阳性神经细胞的诱导和调节 ;食管上皮的发育与NOS阳性表达密切相关。
Objective To explore the rule of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) expression of the epithelial tissue in the esophagus of human fetus. Methods NOS positive expression of the epithelial tissue in the esophagus of human fetus was observed by using histochemical method of NADPH-diaphorase. Results At the fourth month of gestation, NOS positive nerve cells of the early development were seen in the epithelial tissue of the esophagus. The weak NOS positive reaction appeared in the epithelial cells of the esophagus at the later stage of the fourth month. With the fetal age increased , staining reaction of NOS increased gradually and reached its peak at the ninth month. At the seventh month, the deep-stained NOS positive cells were seen in the middle layer of the epithelial tissue in the esophagus, and then, moved gradually from the epithelial middle layer to the superficial layer and disappeared at the tenth month. Conclusion During the fetal developmnet, the inducement and regulation of NOS positive nerve cells are required when the epithelial cells of the esophagus synthetize NOS. The development of the epithelial tissue in the esophagus is closely related to NOS positive expression.
