大肠癌中基质金属蛋白酶-2的表达及其临床意义

The Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 in Colorectal Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

目的 研究MMP 2在大肠癌中的表达及其与肿瘤浸润和转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测 6 0例大肠癌中MMP 2的表达状态。结果 MMP 2在大肠癌中阳性率为 43.3% ,侵及浆膜层及浆膜外的MMP 2的阳性率明显高于侵及深肌层者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,MMP 2在有淋巴结转移者中的阳性率显著高于无淋巴结转移者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 MMP 2在大肠癌侵袭及转移过程中可能发挥其重要作用。

Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with invasion and metastasis. Methods The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 in 60 cases of colorectal carcinoma was detected with immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rate of matrix metalloproteinase-2 was 43.3% in colorectal carcinoma. The rate of matrix metalloproteinase-2 in tumors invading serosa and extra-serosa tissue was higher than those invading deep muscular layer(P<0.05),the rate of matrix metalloproteinase-2 in tumors with lymph-node metastasis was higher than those without lymph-node metastasis(P<0.01). Conclusion Matrix metalloproteinase-2 may play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. =
