86例儿童热性惊厥的脑电图与脑电地形图分析

摘要 目的 探讨儿童发热性惊厥 (FC)时 ,异常脑电图 (EEG)及脑地形图 (BEAM)与以后的癫痫发作、FC再发次数的关系。方法 记录 86例 1 5~ 6岁患儿FC后的EEG及BEAM。结果 首次EEG及BEAM的异常率为30 2 % ;发作一次者的异常率为 2 6 8% ,发作两次者的异常率为 30 6 % ,发作三次者的异常率为 44 4% ;3岁以内FC患儿的EEG及BEAM异常率不明显 ,3岁以后FC患儿EEG及BEAM的异常率渐增 ,其中 2例追踪观察近 4年 ,最后确诊为癫痫。结论 EEG及BEAM的异常与FC的发作年龄、再发次数有关 ,其异常程度与预后也有一定的关系。 Objective To study the relationship between abnormal electroencephalogram(EEG) and brain electrical activity mapping(BEAM) of febrile convulsion(FC) children and their further seizure and relapses.Methods The EEG and BEAM in 86 FC children at the age of 1.5~6 years were recorded.Results The first time abnormality rate of EEG and BEAM was 30.2%. The abnormality rate in FC children with one occurrence was 26.8%, 30.6% in FC children with two occurrences and 44.4% in cases of three FC occurrence.The abnormality of EEG and BEAM was not significant in FC children under 3 years of age but became increasingly significant after 3 years and two of them were diagnosed as epileptic after about 4 years follow-up.Conclusion The abnormality rate of EEG and BEAM might be related to the age with FC, times of relapse, and the abnormality degree might be related to the prognosis. =
