椎体生物力学研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脊柱是由多节椎骨通过椎间盘、关节及韧带连接而成,构成人体中轴,具有传递载荷,保护脊髓,提供三维生理活动等功能[1].其中,椎体是脊柱最重要的支撑结构,若失去椎体,脊柱将丧失其稳定性及生理功能.随着人们对脊柱内固定(尤其是前路内固定)及骨质疏松等问题认识的深入,椎体生物力学日益受到重视,本文试就其研究进展作一综述.
