摘要
本文用自编问卷调查了 55名初中化学教师的教学心理现状。结果发现 :化学教师对当一名初中化学教师的满意度很低。教学中存在着备课不充分、上课积极性较低、对自身学识水平认识上的优越心理等问题。对此 ,我们进行了原因分析和探讨 ,并提出了改进的策略和建议。
According to the investigation on teaching psych oo logy of 55 chemistry teachers in junior middle school by self-made questionaire, w e find that the teachers have low satisfication with their positions. In the tea ching process,there are some problems such as insufficient preparations for less ons,low activeness in class,superior psychology on their own knowledge. Base d on this, we explore the reason and propose some advanced strategies and sugges tions. [
