摘要
目的 :根据护理人员个人能力、资力来安排所承担的临床工作 ,使有相应才能的人处于相应能级的岗位上 ,并使其在各个能级中充分发挥作用。方法 :应用自填问卷方式对 16 1位病人 ,79位护士及 6位护士长进行调查。结果 :护士满意度自评得分为 10 5 .5 7,高于平均分有 4 8人 ,占 6 0 .75 % ,病人满意度平均得分 11± 1.79,高于平均分有 12 4人 ,占 77%。护士长对护士工作评价最显著方面是 :可以查踪到人 ,铃声减少 ,护士自觉性增加。评价 :研究发现新的护理管理模式有助于个人能力的培养和潜能的发挥 ,使人人都参与病人管理 ,保证病区的护理质量 。
Objective: To evaluate the outcome of ability and capacity model in ward administration. Method: A questionnaire was used to collect data. 161 patients,79 nurses and 6 head nurses were included in this study. Results: The average job satisfaction score of nurses was 105.57. The average satisfaction score of patients was 11±1.79. The feedback of the head nurses was also possitive. Conclusion: Nurses' abilities can be improved under the new model of nursing administration. Under this model everyone had responsibility to provide nursing service with good quality. Nurses' job satisfaction and patients' satisfaction had increased as well.
