加强护士礼仪培训 提高护理服务质量

Practice of ceremonial training of nurses

目的 :为了树立良好的护士形象。方法 :进行为期 1个月的礼仪培训 ,共培训护士 15 8名。培训采用自编教材 ,按集中授课 -分组训练 -竞赛考核的程序 ,通过自学、课堂讲授、模拟演示、实地演示、小组或个别辅导等多种形式相结合的方法进行培训。结果 :病人满意度、工作人员满意度较去年同期提高 ;护士因言行不当引起的护患纠纷下降 ;10 0 %学员认为礼仪培训有必要 ,大多数学员对培训的内容、教材、方式感到满意 ,认为收获大或较大。结论 :护士礼仪培训对提高护士素质。

Objective: To set up good images of nurses. Methods: 158 nurses have been trained for one month. We have trained them through many kinds of ways. Results①Degree of patient's satisfaction and working personnel's satisfaction have improved compared with those of the same period last year; ②Occurrence of violating the wearing rules is reduced. Dispute between nurses and patients is less;③100 percent trainee think the training is necessary. Most of the trainee are pleased with the contents, teaching materials and ways of training. Conclusion: Ceremonial training of nurses have possitive effect on improving quality of nursing service.
