Community nursing practice is different from the clinical nursing in hospital.The community nurse usually enters the household alone,at this time,her or his physical and psychological safety might be challenged.Therefore,how to enhance the nurse'self-protection becomes the important issue of the nursing management.The nursing department of our hospital adopts a series of measure to ensure the community nurse'safety,professional protection and mental health,and so far,the result has been considered remarkable.
