摘要
目的 :将健康教育的考评与主管护师业务训练相结合。方法 :制定健康教育评分表 ,共 10项内容 ,评分结果为年终考试成绩。结果 :全院护士参考率 10 0 % ,全部达优。结论 :此做法有利于提高健康教育的质量 。
To combine the assessment of health education with professional training of senior nurses. Method: Scoring tables with 10 contents were designed. The results of evaluation were used as the final results of the year. Results: All nurses in the hospital took part in the assessment, and their results were all excellent. Conclusion: This method is beneficial to improve the quality of health education, and to improve the nurses professional theoretical level.
