Cultivate nurses' self-control ability in the education of nurses' comprehensive quality

自制力的培养是护士综合素质教育中的重要方面 ,自制力的强弱直接关系到护理人员个体能否有效地控制情绪、约束情感、克制行为 ,使之符合工作行为规范。良好的自制力一方面可消除磨擦 ,减少护患纠纷 ,另一方面可增加护患彼此信任度 ,提高患者的依从性 ,改善护理质量。

Self-control cultivation is an important aspect of nurse comprehensive quality education.It relates to whether a nurse can control her mood,emotion,behavior,and make it tally with nurse image.On one hand,self-control can help to remove conflicts reduce nurse-patient dispute,on the other hand it can gain the trust from patients,and finally improve nursing quality.The aim of cultivating nurses' self-control ability is to make every nurse be good at controling her motion.
