Establishment of the Special Procurement Ward as on the Humanistic Principle

为了满足不同患者的需求 ,1990年成立特需病房。经过 12年的实践对如何进行特需病房的建立和发展有所体会。新的管理意识的树立是形成新的护理管理模式的保证。在特需病房的建设中引进了日式化管理和以人为本实现优质服务的理念 ,在开展整体护理的同时注意融入了跨文化护理理念 ,逐步形成人本原则下特需病房的管理体制。实践证明这种管理符合国情 。

Since 1990,our hospital set up the Special Procurement Ward in Tianjin in order to meet the patients' demands.We have some experiences on the establishment and development of the special ward by the practice of 12 years.The formation of the new management philosophy is the guarantee of the establishment of the new nursing administration model.In the establishment of the special ward,The Japanesque management and the philosophy of the first class of service based on the humanistic principle were introduced.The transcultural nursing philosophy should be compromised during the development of the holistic nursing.The management system of the special ward was formed step by step.The practice has proved that this management suits with the state condition and has got good social and economical benefits.
