摘要
护理纠纷的产生主要是由客观因素和主观因素两个方面引起的 ,客观因素包括经济因素、技术因素、工作因素 ;主观因素包括护理管理因素、护士自身素质、社会因素等。通过分析各方面因素 ,探讨护理纠纷产生的原因以及防范措施。加强护患双方的相互沟通 ,建立融洽的护患关系 ,相互尊重、相互理解是防范护理纠纷的关键。建议加强法制教育 ,规范医德行为 ,完善护理管理 ,严格执行各项护理制度 ,避免护理纠纷的发生 。
Objective and subjective factors are the two main factors that cause nursing dispute.Objective factors include economic,technique and work factors.Subjective factors include nursing management,nursing service quality and social factors.Through analyzing every aspect we probe into factors that cause nursing dispute and preventive measures to strengthen communication between nurses and patients,establish a friendly relationship.Respecting and understanding each other are the two main points that can help to prevent nursing dispute.We suggest to reinforce legal education,standardize medical ethics activities,improve nursing management and carry out nursing regulations strictly.So to prevent nursing dispute and provide a smooth medical treatment and nursing order.
