社区护理管理模式探讨

Experimental exploration of the management function of community nursing service

目的 :探讨社区护理管理的内容和任务。方法 :介绍社区护理实践中护理部的管理职能从医院扩大到社区。通过垂直管理与社管科协同管理形成合力 ,推动社区护理深入发展。结果 :实现思想观念和服务模式的转变。全院有 1/3的护士进入社区为居民提供护理服务 ,取得良好效应。结论 :社区护理管理的内容、任务和方法值得继续研究和推广 ,管理到位是社区护理服务质量的重要保障。

Objective:To explore the content and task of the management of community nursing service.Method:Provide the management function of the nursing department in community and push community nursing service to further development through vertical management and cooperative management with social management sections.Result: Realize the transformation of ideological concepts and service modes, distributing 1/3 of the over all nursing staff to communities to provide residents with nursing service and achieving satisfaction results.Conclusion: Continuous research must be exercised and spread on the content, task and method of the management of series as an important guarantee of the quality of community nursing service.
