摘要
从 2 0 0 1年始 ,在两届护士班中进行《护理管理学》课程教学工作 ,取得了较好的教学效果。明确目的 ,择材施教 ;灵活施教 ,教学互佐和及时评估 ,调整教学。教程分三个模块分别按“讲授法、精讲、启发点拨与演讲相结合的综合法及场景法”进行施教。旨在培养学生“树立人人是管理者 ,人人参与护理管理”的思想 ,有助于学生走上工作岗位后能更快更好地适应临床护理工作。
From 2001,we have offered two terms of 《Nursing management 》 courses and makes a good effort.Make clear objectives,select good materials,teach students nimbly,evaluate in time and make adjustment accordingly.We devide teaching prcess into three parts:teaching method,synthesizing method of intensive teaching heuristic teaching.Together with giving lecture method,and simulationg teaching.The purpose is to cultivate student to establish the mind of everyone is manager and everyone should participate in management.This helps students take a job faster and adapt to clinical nursing better.
