摘要
中国作为一个发展中国家 ,随着公路投资建设规模不断扩大 ,做好环境影响评价工作尤为重要。交通噪声扰民是公路对居民生活环境不利影响的一个重要方面。通过对已通车运营的公路进行大量实地调查和监测 ,针对交通噪声冲击指数和交通噪声评价指标做了进一步的研究 ,并建立了声级计权系数与噪声级之间的关系 ,最终得出不同噪声级的声级计权系数 ,并给出了交通噪声冲击指数应用实例。
China is a developing country.With the enlargement of the scale of highway investment and construction,environmental impact assessment is more and more important.The disturbing of traffic noise is the most important aspect of adverse affection which highway brings to resident's life environment.Based on the mass field investigation and observation to the highways that are servicing,this paper makes further research according to the following aspect:traffic noise impact index(TNII) and traffic noise assessment index;also the relationship between coefficient of noise level and the noise level is set up.Finally,the paper makes relevant conclusions that the coefficient of varied noise is calculated and the example of calculating TNII is given.
