Mechanical properties of polymer-modified mortars and cements

通过对齐鲁石化生产的水泥改性专用丁苯乳胶乳液、中德合资上海高桥巴斯夫分散体有限公司生产的 STYROFAN SD 62 2 S乳液聚合物改性水泥砂浆的试验研究 ,考察了消泡剂、养护条件、水泥品种对聚合物改性水泥砂浆力学性能的影响。试验证明 ,以上两种聚合物改性水泥砂浆乳液 ,均对水泥砂浆的性能有所改善。并针对齐鲁石化生产的水泥改性专用丁苯乳胶乳液进行了大量研究 ,提出了适合该种乳液的消泡剂的种类和最佳掺量 ,以及应用该种乳液改性水泥砂浆时的最佳乳胶掺量及不同掺量时的最佳养护条件。

The two kinds of latexes,special latex designed for use in polymer modified mortars and cements and styrofan SD 622 S produced by Qilu Petroleun chemical Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Gaoqiao BASF Dispersions Co. Ltd. alternatively,were tested.It was examined that several factors affecting mechanical properties of modified mortars and cements with the two kinds latexes include antifoamer compatibility with cements and antifoamers.The experiments proved that the mechanical properties of modified mortars and cements with the two kinds of latexes were improved.Based on the researche of special latex used in polymer modified mortars and cements by Qilu Petroleun chemical Co. Ltd., the paper puts forward rational antifoamer kind and optimum quantities for use in the latex,and different optimum quantities and different optimum cured conditions when mortars and cements are modified by the latex with different quantities.
