摘要
滑模摊铺路面的纵向裂缝和过早损坏与路面内部密实质量有关。对内部振捣棒频率、位置、倾角和移动速度对路面板质量的影响规律在现场进行了正交试验研究 ,并从理论上对试验结果作了进一步分析 ,从而得出棒倾角为 0°~ 1 0°,棒频为 70 0 0 r/min左右 ,棒位接近路面板中部和摊铺速度为 1 .5 m/min左右时 ,滑模施工密实质量为最佳的结论。
The longitudinal cracking and the premature deterioration of slipform paving concrete pavement relate to the consolidating quality in the pavement.The vibrator's frequency,position,angle from the horizontal and the paving speed how to effect the slab quality is researched on the spot by orthogonal test,and the test results are analyzed throretically.The conclusion is that the consolidating quality in the slipform pavement is optimum when the vibrator's frequency is about 7000 r/min,position is close to the center of the slab,angle is from 0 to 10 degrees,and the paving speed is about 1 5 m/min.
