谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体和胰岛细胞抗体对1型糖尿病的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of GAD-Ab and ICA in type 1 diabetes mellitus

目的 探讨谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GAD-Ab)、胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)对Ⅰ型糖尿病诊断的敏感度和特异度。方法 应用酶联免疫方法检测 45例 Ⅰ型糖尿病患者和50例健康人血清GAD-Ab与ICA。结果 测量CAD-Ab的敏感度是48.9％, 特异度 94％;测量ICA的敏感度是 26.7％,特异度96％;而GAD-ICA平行试验的敏感度62.5％。结论 GAD-Ab与ICA联合检测对Ⅰ型糖尿病的诊断更敏感。

Objective: To probe into the sensitivity and the specificity of glutamate decarboxylase antibody (GAD-Ab) and islet cell antibody(ICA)in diagnosis for type 1 diabetes mellitus. Methods:45 patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus and 50 healthy subjects were measured for blood serum GAD-Ab and ICA with ELISA assay. Results: The sensitivity was 48. 9% and the specificity were 94% for GAD-Ab. The sensitivity was 26. 7% and the specificity was 96% for ICA. The sensitivity for the parallel test of GAD-Ab and ICA was 62. 5% . Conclusion: The detecting for GAD-Ab associated with ICA is the most sensitive in diagnosis for type 1 diabetes mellitus.
