2000—2002年国内循证医学文献概览

A survey of domestic evidence-based medicine

目的 通过对21世纪以来国内循证医学文献发表情况进行统计,了解其研究进展和发展趋势。方法 通过Internet利用维普《中文科技期刊数据库》,手检《循证医学》,检索2000年1月-2002年10月相关文献,利用文献计量学方法对其进行统计分析。结果 共检出相关文献525条。结论 文献呈快速增长趋势;研究内容也从一般性介绍阶段过渡到与临床各科结合应用阶段;文献分布由相对集中到相对分散。

Objective: To predict research trend in domestic evidence-based medicine in the 21' century. Methods: VIP Database of Chinese Science and Technology Periodical has been utilized on the Internet, retrieving literature of evidence-based medicine by hand from 2000 to 2002, and the literature is analyzed by bibliometrics. Results: There are 525 papers on evidence-based medicine. Conclusion: Literature is adding yearly and its research ranges from general knowledge to clinical application, and accordingly 525 papers are distributing widely.
