Discussion on Coordination of Overall Urbanism and Overall Plan of Land Utilization

针对城市总体规划与土地利用总体规划间的矛盾 ,分析了城市总体规划与土地利用总体规划之间的关系 ,特别是二者存在分歧的原因 。

In the light of the contradiction between overall urbanism and overall plan of land utilization, this paper analyses on the relations between overall urbanism and overall plan of land utilization, especially on the reasons why the differences exists between the two sides, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for their coordination.
