摘要
本文综述了现代科学理论对推动和发展催化裂化生产工艺技术的影响与作用,应用化工系统工程的理论和方法,论述了国内外计算机辅助催化裂化生产过程优化的建模与模拟、过程控制、过程优化技术的发展及现状,并结合我国实际,提出加速开发工程化、商品化具有先进水平和独具特色的催化裂化生产过程优化控制软件。
This artical summarized the promotion effect of modern scientific principles on the development of FCC technology. Theories and methods of chemical system engineering are applied. The current status development of modeling and simulation, advanced control, optimum technique of FCC process both domestic and abroad are discussed. Combined with China's practice, expedited develop- ment of special advanced engineering and commercial process control software of FCCU is suggested.
