Consideration about the Management of Water Resources by the Water Bureau

针对我国水资源管理的现状 ,提出了建立水务局的构想 。

In the light of the present situation of the management of water resources in China, this paper puts forward an idea of establishing the Water Bureau, and probes into the superiority of the Water Bureau in management of water resources and the concrete duties of the Water Bureau.
