浅谈乙烯裂解炉炉出口温度的控制与操作 被引量:1

摘要 为了开好乙烯装置,根据长时间实际操作的考察,在炉出口温度的控制和调整、炉管表面温度监测与调整、火嘴回火的调整、裂解炉结焦、裂解炉烧C_5,以及一些特殊情况下的判断与操作等方面调整了控制方法和操作,使裂解炉的运行状况有了明显改善:裂解炉出口温度偏差在3℃之内;运行周期延长,乙烷和轻烃共裂解炉在60~70天,石脑油(或轻柴油)裂解炉在45天以上;炉管表面温度最高不超过1040℃,火嘴使用率、完好率均达100%。 Based on long period operation and observation, the control and operation of an ethylene cracking furnace are adjusted including: the control and adjustment of coil outlet temperature (COT), the adjustment of flame nozzle fire back, the coking of coil tubes, the use of C_5 as fuel and some other aspects, resulting in marked improvement in performance. The deviation of COT is less than 3℃; the operation period is prolonged as 60~70 days for the ethane and light hydrocarbon furnace and hove 45 days for the naphtha (or midde distillate) furnace; the skin temperature of the coil is below 1040℃; and the operating efficiency of flame nozzles is close to 100%.
