摘要
就科研院所转制为科技型企业过程中的企业文化 ,着重从人本管理和经营理念做了阐述 ,指出完善的规章制度并不能解决企业的一切问题 ,只有注重以人为本的管理 ,打造本企业统一正确的经营理念 ,即在科学管理和制度创新的同时 ,积极培育与之相适应的企业文化 ,才能使企业渡过生存关 ,不断发展壮大。
This paper expounds the enterprise culture in the course of structural reform of R&D institutions focusing on humanistic management and operating idea, points out that perfect regulations and systems can't solve all the problems of enterprises, and only when the humanistic management is taken into consideration and unified and right operating idea is established, that is to say, the scientific management and systematic innovation are carried out at the same time the corresponding enterprise culture is cultivated actively, can the enterprises tide over the difficult pass of existence smoothly and keep developing and strengthening.
