随着经济的发展 ,管理方法也在不断地发生着变化 ,相应地 ,对人的管理方式更具科学性。在当今时代 ,由于组织文化特有的规范作用、导向作用和凝聚作用 ,被更多地用来引导职工的思想和行为 ,以形成凝聚力大。
Along with the development of Economy, the method of management has been continuously changed, and furthermore the method of personnel management is much more scientific correspondingly. At the present time, possessing special normalizing function, guiding function and condensing function, the organizational culture is used to lead the thoughts and behaviors of staff and workers more frequently to form a struggling team with stronger cohesive force and higher morale.
