环己烷在ZSM-5和Y型沸石催化剂上的裂化反应

THE CRACKING REACTION OF CYCLOHEXANE ON ZSM-5 AND Y-ZEOLITE CATALYSTS

进行了环己烷在ZSM-5型和Y型沸石上的裂化反应性能的研究,发现两种沸石上的裂化反应活性相差较大,而且产物的组成和分布亦完全不同。Y型沸石上的反应产物以C_6烷烃和烯烃为多,而ZSM-5沸石上的反应则以脱氢芳构化为主。同时还对催化剂中含不同比例的Al_2O_3影响作了比较。

The cracking reaction of cyclohexane on ZSM-5 and Y-zeolite catalysts is studied. Sig- nificant differences between ZSM-5 and Y-zeolite are found in cracking activity, product yields and distribution. Hexanes and hexenes are the main products for cyclohexane cracking on Y-zeolite catalyst. However, the aromatization of cyclohexane is the main reaction on ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst. The influences of cracking reaction on performances of ZSM-5 cata- lyst and Y-zeolite catalysts with various γ-Al_2O_3 ratios are investigated.
