摘要
珊瑚树芽内可溶性蛋白含量、酚类物质、POD等含量在 2 -4月份间呈逐渐下降的趋势 ,而超氧阴离子 (O2 -)、SOD、MDA、脂质过氧化产物等则相反 ,在 2 -4月份间呈逐渐升高趋势。这说明 :珊瑚树生长芽在开春期间可能因体内的可溶性蛋白、POD、酚类物质含量的下降而致使植物的抗寒性减弱。芽生长期间超氧阴离子产生增加 ,其歧化酶SOD也呈上升趋势 ,生长时芽内MDA以及脂质过氧化产物含量较高 。
The soluble protein content、the phenolie substance and the POD ect content of the Viburnum odoratissimun's buds are showing a gradually declining tendency during February and April:on the contrary the ruperoxidation anion,the SOD and the MDA lipid peroxidation product are showing a gradually rising tendency.It shows that the growing buds of Viburnum odoratissimun in the early Spring may bring down cold resistance of plants by diminishing the roluble protein、POD and the phenolie rubstance in their body.During the growing period of buds the ruperoxidation anion increases,the dismutase SOD is also showing a rising tendency;MDA and the the lipid peroridation content in the buds is relatively high. All these suggest a week anti_reversibility of the growing buds then.
