急性脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶测定意义

摘要 目的 探讨急性脑梗死 (CI)患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)变化的临床意义。方法 采用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)测定 4 2例急性脑梗死 (CI)患者发生梗死后第 2 ,4 ,7天及 30例健康正常人血清NSE含量。结果 三组脑梗死患者血清NSE浓度均明显高于正常对照组 ,且NSE水平的变化与梗死面积呈明显的正相关关系。在梗死发生的第 2天 ,血清NSE水平达到峰值 ;其后 ,第 4天NSE水平有所下降 ,到第 7天时已明显下降 ,与第 2天相比 ,有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5及P <0 .0 1) ,但仍明显高于正常对照组水平。结论 血清NSE水平较好地反映了急性脑梗死的脑损伤程度 ,可用来判断脑梗死急性期脑损伤程度及观察疗效和判断预后 ,鉴别脑的可复性与不可复性变化。 Objective:To study the change of neuron-specific ennlase of acute cerebral infarction in patients. Methods: Serum neuron-specific ennlase level was detected by KIA in 42 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 30 normal people. Results:The NSE level of 3 patient groups was elevated than that in control group and there was positive conrrection between NSE level and cerebral infarction acreage. The level of NSE reached peak value after 2 days of acute cerebral infarction, then the level began to decrease after 4 days, and on 7th day the NSE level was significantly decreased than that on 2nd day(P<0.05,P<0.01),but still significantly elevated than that in control group.Conclusions:The NSE level preferably reflect the cerebral damnification degree of acute cerebral infarction and can be used to estimate the cerebral damnificafion degree of acute cerebral infarction or to observe curative effect and to estimate prognosis.
