摘要
本文介绍了九江石油化工总厂催化重整装置试生产的标定情况。标定结果表明:预加氢使用481-3催化剂和重整使用CB-6催化剂生产高辛烷值汽油,催化剂的初期活性及选择性高,在该装置加工量的68～100％负荷下,重整汽油的收率和质量均超过了工艺设计值。
The test run operation and data of the catalytic reforming unit in Jiujiang General Petro- chemical Works are presented in this article. It shows that both the activity and selectivity of 481-3 catalyst and CB-6 catalyst used in prehydrotreater and reformer respectively are suffi- cienty high. The yield and quality of reforming gasoline have exceeded the design values when the unit is operated with 68～100% throughput.
