石油化工管式炉的计算机辅助设计与校核

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN AND CHECK FOR TUBULAR HEATERS IN PETRO-CHEMICAL PROCESSES

一个被称为“TDChTH”(Technological Design and Chech of a Tubular Heater)的多功能计算机软件系统,已被开发用于石油化工加热炉和反应炉的工艺设计和校核计算。辐射室传统的计算方法是Lobo-Evans法和Белконь法。本文作者选用了5个不同类型的加热炉作为实际例子,用“TDChTH”得到的计算结果与手算结果吻合。

A multi-function computer aided software system, called 'TDChTH', for technological design and check of heaters and reactors used in petro-chemical processes has been deve- loped. The conventional Lobo-Evans method and Белоконь method have been used for the heat transfer calculation of radiation chamber. Five different typical heaters are selected as practical examples to demonstrate that the calculated results by using 'TDChTH 'are in good agreement with those by hand calculation.
