摘要
环烷酸腐蚀是国外炼油工业不断研究和与之抗争了约70年的一个课题。近年来由于我国开采的原油类型有了变化,出现了高酸值原油,因而环烷酸腐蚀也成了一个突出的急待解决的问题。本文综述了环烷酸在原油中的分布、浓度测定、腐蚀特征、影响环烷酸腐蚀的因素及防止环烷酸腐蚀的对策(包括改进加工过程、应用腐蚀抑制剂和选择适当的结构材料三条途径)。
The foreign Petroleum Processing industry has been studying and combatting the naph- thenic acid (NA)corrosion problem for about 70 years. With the change of types of crude oil exploited in China in recent years, high acidity crude oils are being produced, and thus the NA corrosion has becoming an urgent problem to be curbed. This paper summarizes the dis- tribution of NA in crude oil, determination of its concentration, characteristics of NA corro- sion, factors affecting NA corrosion and measures to combat it (including modification of process, application of anti-corrosion agents and selection of proper structural materials).
