有、无淋巴结转移食管癌患者外周血中淋巴细胞肝素酶基因表达比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :比较有、无淋巴结转移食管癌患者手术前、后外周血中淋巴细胞肝素酶基因表达水平。方法 :采用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术对 2 1例有淋巴结转移、33例无淋巴结转移的食管癌患者手术前、后外周血及 7例正常人外周血中淋巴细胞肝素酶表达水平进行检测。结果 :2 1例淋巴结转移患者 1 9例肝素酶基因阳性表达 ,33例无淋巴结转移的食管癌患者 1 0例肝素酶基因阳性表达。 1 9例有淋巴结转移的肝素酶基因阳性食管癌患者手术前、后外周血中淋巴细胞肝素酶基因表达水平 (9.91± 2 .4 8,9.33± 2 .2 5 )高于 1 0例未发生淋巴结转移的肝素酶基因表达水平 (8.98±2 .0 1 ,8.87± 1 .97) (P <0 .0 1 ) ;而手术前后外周血中淋巴细胞肝素酶基因表达水平差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。 7例正常人外周血中淋巴细胞肝素酶均呈阴性表达。结论 :食管癌患者外周血中淋巴细胞肝素酶基因表达水平与食管癌淋巴结转移有关 。 Aim: To study the expression of heparanase gene in peripheral blood lymphocytes from cases of esophageal cancer with and without lymph node metastasis.Methods: The expression of heparanase gene in peripheral blood lymphocytes from 54 cases of esophageal cancer (21 with lymph node metastasis, and 33 without) was detected by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) ,and seven healthy subjects served as normal control. Results: The expression of heparanase gene of patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without ( P <0.01).The expression had no significant difference before and after operation( P >0.05). The expression of heparanase in normal control was negative.Conclusion: The results suggest that the expression of heparanase gene in peripheral blood lymphocytes may be related to the metastasis of esophageal cancer, and may be a prognostic marker for the metastasis of esophageal cancer.
