摘要
本文介绍在兰州炼油化工总厂催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统应用了脱吸塔优化指导和稳定塔质量控制的情况与经验。通过一年多的实践,证明该项功能适应于现场控制,操作方法简易,便于日常维护和长周期使用,可以提高产品收率,降低能耗,经济效益显著。
This paper presents the status and experience of the guide of operation optimization for the stripper and the qualitative control for the stabilizer column of FCC unit at Lanzhou Petroleum Processing and Chemical Complex. The practice of more than one year has shown that the function of the model is suitable for control operation with the merits of simple oper- ation, easy maintenance and long operating period. This model has the effects of increasing product recovery, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing economic benefits.
