摘要
目的 :对氨基酸、糖类的层析分析方法进行改进。方法 :糖类层析分析时用V(体积分数 95 %乙醇 ) :V(浓氨水 ) =1 0 :0 .5 (pH =1 0 )作展开剂 ;氨基酸层析分析时 ,将显色剂茚三酮直接溶于展开剂中。计算各种糖类及氨基酸的Rf 值。结果 :各种糖类、氨基酸展层时间、斑点展开距离及显色结果令人满意。结论 :改进后的方法简单、快速 。
Aim: To improve chromatography analysis of glucide and amino acids. Method: 95% ethyl alcohol: concentrated ammonia ( V : V =100:5, pH=10) was used as developer of glucide. Developer was combined with spray reagent in amino acid chromatography analysis. The R f for varied glucide and amino acids was calculated. Results and Conclusion: The results were satisfactory and the method is simple and fast.
