中药雀儿舌头叶和茎挥发油化学成分分析

Studies on volatile oils of leptopus chinensis(bunge)pojar

目的 :分析雀儿舌头叶和茎中挥发油的化学成分。方法 :应用水蒸汽蒸馏法分别提取雀儿舌头叶和茎的挥发性成分 ,并采用气相色谱与质谱联用 (GC -MS)法对其化学成分进行分析。结果与结论 :从雀儿舌头叶和茎的挥发油化学成分中分别鉴定出 4 2和 4 1种化合物 ,叶中的主要成分为十六碳酸 (7.2 0 % )和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 (4 .97% ) ,茎中的主要成分为十六碳酸 (1 2 .0 7% )、二甲萘 (5 .6 0 % )和三甲萘 (5 .1 0 % )。叶和茎挥发油化学成分的组成和含量上的差异 。

Aim: To study the constituents of the volatile oils of leptopus chinensis (bunge) pojark. Methods:The volatile oils of the leaf and stem of leptopus chinensis (bunge) pojark were obtained by steam distillation, and the constituents were tested by GC-MS. Results and Conclusion:A total of 118 components were detected through GC separation, 41 and 42 structures were determined in stem and leaf respectively.The difference in constituents and content of volatile oils from the leaf and the stem may underlie their different pharmacological effects and antitumor activity.
