摘要
本文利用红外光谱法研究了丁二酰亚胺与 ZDDP 的相互作用;用油泥分散性实验考察两者相互作用对油品分散性能的影响。结果表明,单丁二酰亚胺与 ZDDP 复合后,ZDDP 的红外光谱变化较大,对油品分散性能的增效作用也大;丁二酰亚胺与 T202复合效果比与 T203复合效果好,两者复合比例为4:1(质量比)时,油品分散性最好。
The interaction between succinimide and ZDDP has been studied by means of infrared spec- troscopy.The effect of ZDDP on dipersive ability of succinimide has also been studied.The following results are obtained:The interaction between mono-succinimide and ZDDP is more intense.The oil containing mono-succinimide and ZDDP has better dispersive ability.The synergism between mono- succinmide and ZDDP is greater.The oil containing succinimide and T202 has better dispersive ability than that containing succinimide and T203.When the ratio of succinimide to ZDDP is 4:1,the oil has better dispersive ability.
