裂解汽油加氢脱硫催化剂的研制 被引量:2

摘要 裂解汽油二段加氢脱硫(简称 HDS)催化剂的性能受制备方法、载体性质、活性组分在载体上的分布和结合形式、以及载体与活性组分之间相互作用等的影响很大。本文使用特殊的浸渍方法,成功地研究和开发出了裂解汽油二段 HDS 催化剂 LY-8602B。通过 XRD、XPS 和原子吸收光谱,以及催化剂的活性和稳定性考察,结果表明,此催化剂的加氢(简称 HYD)和 HDS 活性优于同类的进口 G-35B 催化剂(Nissan Girdler Catalyst Co.Ltd)。目前,此催化剂已成功地应用于扬子石化公司的30×10~4t 乙烯/a 裂解汽油 HDS 装置上,取代了国内乙烯装置使用的进口裂解汽油 HDS催化剂。 The second-stage hydrodesulfurization(HDS)catalyst for pyrolysis gasoline is strongly influenced by the method of preparation,the property of support,the dispersion and binding patterns of active components in the support,as well as the interaction between support and active components. The second-stage HDS catalyst LY-8602B for pyrolysis gasoline has successfully developed by using specific impregnation method.It is characterized by XRD,XPS and AAS,and its activity and stability are studied.The results show that the hydrogenation(HYD)and HDS activities of LY-8602B catalyst are better than those of the imported similar catalyst G-35B(Nissan Girdler Catalyst Co.Ltd.).The LY-8602B catalyst is now in successful commercial use in the pyrolysis gasoline HDS unit of the 300, 000 t/a ethylene cracker in Yangzi Chemical Industry Company to displace the imported catalyst.
