THE AGITATION AND MIXING OF HIGH CONCENTRATION SLURRIES IN MANUFACTURE OF CATALYSTS

测定了几种大直径搅拌桨和小直径组合桨对于催化剂制备高浓度浆液的搅拌功率、混合时间及混合效率。大直径搅拌桨混合速度快、能耗低,性能优于小直径组合浆。

The agitation power,mixing time and mixing efficiency of high concentration slurries in the manufacture of catalysts are experimentally determined with different impellers of large and small di- ameters.The large diameter impellers having minimum mixing time and power consumption are gener- ally more efficient than those with small diameter.
