摘要
在草莓体内 ,镉 (Cd)按照富集系数根 >茎 >叶 >果的规律分布 ;在营养液中 ,草莓对镉的吸收量随时间的延长而增加 ,草莓对镉的吸收速率在 4 0min时达到高峰 ,随后逐渐降低。水培试验表明 ,钙、磷能够降低草莓对镉的吸收 ;土培试验表明 ,CaCO3 和Na2 SiO3 均能降低镉在草莓果实中的积累 ,这种降低与土壤酸度的降低有关 ,CaCO3 对降低草莓果实镉的积累更为明显 ,这种降低可能还与钙对镉的拮抗有关。土壤中添加CaCO3
In strawberry,Cadmium regularly distributed in accordance with accumulation fact ors.In light of cd-decreasing order the arrangements were root,stems,leaves and fruit.Cadmium absorption amount in strawberry increased with time,while the cad mium absorption rate gradually decreased in the meantime.In the nutrition li quid ,the cadmium absorption rate reached the peak after 40 minutes,and then the abso rption rate gradually reduced.The experiment of hydroponics culture showed that Ca and P could reduce the cadmium absorption.The pot experiment showed CaCO 3 a nd Na 2SiO 3 could decrease the accumulation of cadmium in strawberrys fruit and other organs.The reduction of cadmium in strawberry may be relevant to t he reduction of soil acid degree and the resistance of Ca to cadmium.CaCO 3 app eared more significant in reducing the accumulation of cadmium in strawberrys fruit and other organs.It was a practical regulative measure to add some CaCO 3 into the soil in order to decrease the accumulation of cadmium.
