Effect of 1-MCP and Storage Temperatures on Respiration,Ethylene Production and Fruit Quality of Peach and Nectarine

摘要 以‘秦光 2号’油桃和‘秦王’桃为试材 ,在 0℃和 5℃两种贮藏温度条件下研究了 1-甲基环丙烯 ( 1 MCP)对果实呼吸速率、乙烯释放速率、硬度、可滴定酸含量、可溶性固形物含量及果肉褐变的影响。结果表明 ,0℃的贮藏温度能显著降低秦光 2号油桃和秦王桃的呼吸速率和乙烯释放速率 ,减缓果实软化。 1μL·L-1 的 1 MCP处理能降低果实的呼吸速率和乙烯释放速率 ,抑制果实软化 ,减少果肉褐变 。 Effects of 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)and storage temperatu res on respir atory rate and ethylene production rate were investigated in relation to flesh f irmness,titratable acid, total soluble solids and internal browing of‘Qingu ang 2’nectarine and‘Qinwang’peach fruits during storage at 0℃and 5℃.Frui t st ored at 0℃ had more reduced rates of respiration and ethylene production,firmer flesh and less internal browing compared with those at 5℃.Application of 1 μL ·L -1 1-MCP inhibited the rates of both respiration and ethylene producti on,delayed fruit soffening and reduced internal browing,but had no obvious effec ts on contents of titratable acid and total soluble solids.The potential to use 1-MCP for storage and transport of nectarine and peach can be expected.
