摘要
对设施栽培条件下‘红双味’葡萄花期净光合速率 (Pn)日变化规律 ,设施内各生态因子 ,尤其是光照强度和CO2 浓度对葡萄光合作用的影响进行了研究。晴天栽培设施内葡萄叶片的Pn日变化呈明显的双峰曲线 ,阴天时葡萄叶片Pn的日变化趋势主要决定于光照强度的日变化。晴天的Pn明显高于阴天。研究葡萄叶片Pn对光照强度和CO2 浓度的响应曲线得出 ,葡萄叶片的光饱和点为 10 0 0 μmol·m-2 ·s-1 ,光补偿点为 2 1 3μmol·m-2 ·s-1 ,CO2 饱和点为 170 0 μL·L-1 ,CO2 补偿点为 54 6 μL·L-1 。
The research on the daily variation of Pn of blooming grape was conducted in pro tected cultivation.Meanwhile,the effects of the main ecological factors such as PAR and CO 2 concentration on Pn were studied.The results showed that the daily variation of the Pn appeared to be a marked double-peak curve in the sunny day .The daily variation of Pn of grape was chiefly decided by the daily variation o f PAR in the cloudy day.The Pn in the sunny day was markedly higher than that of in the cloudy day.The response curve of Pn to PAR showed that the light saturat ion point was 1000 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 and the light compensation point was 21 3 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 .The response curve of Pn to CO 2 concentr ation showed that the CO 2 saturation point was about 1700 μL·L -1 and th e CO 2 compensation point was 54 6 μL·L -1 .
