Bulked segregant analysis was used to identify RFLP ma rker linked to a dominant male sterile gene in cabbage(Brassica oleracea var .capitata).The dominant male sterile gene was found to be linked to RFLP mar ker pBN11.The genetic distance between the marker and the dominant male sterile gene is 5 189cM and 1 787cM in two backcross populations,respe ctively.The gene was located on chromosome 1 and 8.
