摘要 建立了从扎米莲叶片直接再生植株的有效方法。结果表明 ,扎米莲叶片外植体在仅加 6 BA或NAA或 2 ,4 D的培养基中培养 8周后都不能产生幼芽 ;但在含不同浓度 6 BA ( 1 0~ 2 0mg/L)和NAA( 0 0 2~ 0 2mg/L)组合的MS培养基上培养 3周后开始产生幼芽 ,其幼芽分化的最佳培养基为MS + 6 BA2 0mg/L +NAA 0 0 2mg/L。再生芽在添加IBA 0 An efficient regeneration protocol was developed thr ou gh direct shoot regeneration from leaf explants of Zamioculcas zamiifolia En gl.The results showed no adventitious shoots were visible from leaf explants cul tured for 8 weeks on the medium only supplemented with 6-BA,NAA or 2,4-D.Adventitious shoot differentiation could occur directly from leaf explan ts cultured for 3 weeks on MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 1 0-2 0mg /L and NAA 0 02-0 2mg/L.MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 2 0 mg/L and NAA 0 02mg/L was most effective.The regenerated shoots rooted in the MS medium with IBA(indole butyric acid)0 5mg/L.
